Give and You Shall Receive

It is a universal law that one has to give to receive. One cannot receive without giving. Full stop. If you want abundance in life, or anything for that matter, you have to freely and willingly give with kindness and genuine generosity.

Everything you give will come back to you at least one to one. Although in my experiences, most of the time it comes back five and ten fold. You tip someone generously and a day or maybe a week later, it comes back ten fold. That's a great return. Sure, someone might get "lucky". But we don't know what that person's thoughts were, or feelings or actions. And even if we take the lottery, for example, you can't win if you don't play. You still have to give, buy in. You still have to pay to play.

The law work for all situations. You share a piece of information about you or a success story. Next thing you know you're being invited to a really cool and unique experience that is related. For instance, I took the initiative to go to a book club at my local library. I shared with the group that I was reading the Bible and how I think everyone should read it, seeing how it is the most referenced book on Earth. It will open your eyes to so many things, especially in all different types of art (from paintings to literature to films and stand up comedy). Anyway, a woman approached me after and said that the St. John's Bible is on permanent display at a local center. So I went. And wow! what an experience. So rich. This particular Bible is a phenomenal piece of artisan craftsmanship. The are a handful of reasons of why I connect with this piece of work. It was really a fantastic experience. Extremely unique. And it wouldn't have happened if I wouldn't have shared something about myself.

This happens a lot. And regardless if you are an introvert or reserved (none of which am I!), you should always share what you are doing or have done as it could help people out. Sharing my carnivore and keto story has helped numerous people out. People healing from cancer, diabetes, obesity, type 2 diabetes, food addiction, and autoimmune conditions. This in and of itself is so rewarding, knowing that you and your story has impacted someone else's life in a positive way. And it cost nothing! Receiving news of their positive results is priceless. It means you are not alone. That you matter. That you have made a positive impact on humanity and the wider environment. That you have a purpose and meaning.

And this in the end is worth the most. We all matter. And we all must give. Give what we can. Sharing our gifts generously should be our default. It's amazing what the universe will give back to you. Just make sure you are open and available to receive! Don't deny it. Accept it with an open heart. Smile. Laugh. And keep giving.
